Bryan’s robust skillset in negotiations, market analysis, and client relations make him invaluable as a Cofounder of Traverse.

Bryan’s journey in real estate began with his family’s ventures, where he developed a keen sense for identifying and managing assets. Bryan honed his skills at Boxer Property, where he was instrumental in leasing a diverse 500,000 square foot portfolio in the Colorado market. In 2017, Bryan started with JPF Capital, where he leads strategic initiatives for the acquisition and management of real estate investments, building an impressive national portfolio, which he continues to oversee.

Bryan studied Kinesiology a California State University, Long Beach and competed as a Division 1 long distance runner. Bryan resides in Denver with his wife Meredith and their two children.

Ryan entered Denver’s property management industry in 2008, taking on portfolios including office, retail, medical, industrial and agricultural properties. Ryan’s background in the hospitality industry, at both Starwood International and Marriot, contributes to his steadfast approach to customer service, his strong communication skills, and his ability to efficiently complete tasks.

Ryan currently oversees all aspects of day-to-day property management and maintains/fosters great relationships with ownership groups and tenants.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University and holds a Colorado Real Estate Broker License.

Ryan began his real estate career in 2005, when he converted a local college sorority house into a fourplex. Over time and through partnerships, Ryan’s holdings have grown and his experiences as an owner and operator of multifamily, retail, and industrial assets have proven invaluable as a cofounder of Traverse.

Ryan, a Colorado native, holds a BSBA in Real Estate and Construction Management from University of Denver. In his free time, Ryan can be found either at a hockey rink or adventuring in Eagle county.
